Who we are

Paris Escandón is an award-winning photographer, motion graphics designer, and 3D printing specialist. Despite being legally blind, he has directed television shows, founded production companies, won international animation competitions, and launched Dusk till Dawn Studio. His lived experience with disability and deep expertise in accessible technology position him to lead this initiative.

Solange Courteau is a Senior HR Advisor specializing in official languages, equity, diversity, and inclusion policy at the federal public service. With a background in strategic planning, policy development, and organizational leadership (Second Lieutenant with the Brockville Rifles), Solange brings strategic vision and community commitment to CTW’s development and governance.
